By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in their current version.

2. Seller Information

Casa Aurelia is operated as a sole proprietorship based in Austria.

3. Products

Casa Aurelia offers print-on-demand wall art products.
All products are produced individually after an order has been placed. No pre-produced or stock items are sold.

4. Contract Conclusion

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer.
A binding contract is concluded once you complete the checkout process and receive an order confirmation by email.

5. Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed are final prices.
Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout and on the shipping information page.

6. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

• PayPal

• Credit card and other payment methods via Stripe

Payment is due immediately upon completion of the order.

7. Production and Delivery

All products are produced on demand and shipped directly from our printing partner to the customer.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and are generally between 2 and 15 business days within Europe.
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs per country are provided on the shipping information page and are non-binding estimates.

8. Right of Withdrawal - Exclusion

Due to the nature of our products, the right of withdrawal is excluded.

All artworks are made to order and produced individually for each customer.
Therefore, returns or exchanges are not possible unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

9. Defects and Warranty

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within a reasonable time and provide photographic evidence of the defect.

In case of a justified claim, Casa Aurelia may, at its discretion:

• provide a replacement, or

• issue a refund.

Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.

10. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

All artworks and designs remain the intellectual property of Casa Aurelia.

Customers are granted the right to commercially display the purchased physical print, including in business premises such as offices, hotels, cafés, or similar environments.

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• resale or redistribution of the artwork or design itself

• digital reproduction or sharing

• modification, alteration, or creation of derivative works

11. Minimum Age

Purchases may only be made by individuals 18 years of age or older.

12. Liability

Casa Aurelia shall not be liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to production delays, shipping disruptions, or force majeure events.

13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Austria, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of the country of residence remain unaffected.

14. Final Provisions

If individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions are or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
